STFX Soccer Academy – Off Field Training
Along side the high intensity on field training offered by the St. FX Soccer Academy, students are also trained off the playing field in areas such as fitness, agility, and plyometrics.
All off field training takes place within STFX’s “State of the Art” Fitness Center and is instructed by our highly certified fitness staff.
Under these conditions students participating in off field training show substantial gains in their playing style and technique.
